What Products can you return?

What Products can NOT be returned?
- Items that have been used, worn, washed or soiled
- Bulky items like beds, furniture
- Custom made products
- Products purchased under sale/discounts
(Kindly Note: In case of handmade products, there might be a 5%-10% variation. Within this range, such products will not be eligible for return.)
Conditions for returning products
- The products must be returned in the original condition they were received in along with any bills, tags, labels etc;
- Products must be in their original form and unsoiled;
- Brand packaging should be intact;
- Exchange of a product will be subject to availability of the product on the website at that time.
How do I initiate a return request?
- To raise a return request, please submit the request against the desired item in your order list along with the nature of the concern.
- Kindly upload/email us a picture of the nature of defect being stated
- This must be done within 3 days of receipt of the product.
- Upon receiving the return request, the Company will evaluate internally and initiate a return pick up, if applicable.
- To return an item, place the item securely in its original packaging and keep ready for courier pick up.
- Upon receiving your product, we will notify you by email and initiate refund/exchange, if applicableREFUNDSAfter receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund, if eligible. Please allow at least 15 days from the receipt of your item to process your refund.EXCHANGE
